Q: How long does production take for custom pins?
A: Typically about 2 weeks after the artwork is approved. We generally ask to
allow roughly 3 weeks before your pins are needed so that we can allow for
production and shipping. However, we are able to do rush orders and are willing
to work with you on a case-by-case basis to hit your target date for those last
minute projects.
Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: Very simply, we have a direct relationship with our manufacturer and do not have
excessive overhead such as rent, salaries, marketing budgets, etc. Many of the
typical Pin & Coin Companies out there have extremely high expenses with office and
warehouse space, expansive staffs, high-dollar custom websites, and a few spend upwards
of a $1 million per year on marketing to draw in customers. With us,
we leverage our manufacturers staff and capacity to keep your price extremely low while
still maintaining the quality that you expect and deserve.
Q: How is your quality?
A: Our products are the very best in quality as we work with manufacturer partners
that employee more than 600 people and are able to produce upwards of 1 million pins/
